General Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of travel service you purchase (e.g., flights, accommodations, tours) and the terms set by our third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators). Apyia acts as an agent on your behalf to facilitate bookings but does not directly provide the travel services.

Flights Subject to airline fare rules. Most discounted fares are non-refundable.

Hotels Varies by hotel. Refundable bookings may require cancellation 24–72 hours in advance.

Tours & Transfers Refunds depend on provider terms and required cancellation notice.

Packages Treated as bundled services; each component is subject to individual supplier rules.

Important: Refundability will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Always review cancellation rules before confirming your purchase.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Email support@apyia.co or submit a request through your account.
  2. Include your booking reference, full name, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Submit the request before the cancellation deadline as specified during booking.

We will process your refund request within 7–10 business days, subject to supplier response time. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Some services are clearly marked “non-refundable” at the time of booking. These include:

  • Certain promotional fares
  • Last-minute or same-day reservations
  • No-shows or unused services without prior notice

No exceptions will be made for non-refundable services.

Service Fees

Apyia may charge a processing or administrative fee for handling cancellations or refund requests, particularly when the supplier allows cancellation but does not provide a streamlined refund system. This will be communicated in advance.

Force Majeure Events

In the case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), refunds may be offered at the discretion of the supplier. Apyia will assist you in negotiating with providers but cannot guarantee a refund.

You can track the status of your refund request by logging into your Apyia account or contacting us via email. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
