Thank you for choosing Apyia, Inc. ("Apyia", "we", "us", or "our"). We provide technology-based travel booking and management services, including flights, accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel-related products (“Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Use of Our Services
Apyia provides access to a variety of travel products offered by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). By booking with us, you authorize Apyia to act as your agent to facilitate reservations with those suppliers.
Additional Terms: Some services or promotions may come with their own terms, including age requirements, cancellation policies, or supplier-specific rules. These additional terms become part of your agreement with us when you access or use those services.
2. Accounts
To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding your login credentials
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Apyia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Pricing is not guaranteed until payment is processed and booking is confirmed.
You agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and fees at the time of booking.
Payment and refund policies vary by supplier and will be displayed at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Changes: Cancellation or change requests are subject to supplier policies. Apyia may charge a processing fee in addition to any supplier-imposed fees. Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.
4. Third-Party Services and Links
Apyia acts as a booking agent and does not own or control the travel services provided by third parties. Therefore:
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or delay caused by third-party providers.
- You must review and agree to the supplier’s terms, including airline or hotel policies, before finalizing a booking.
Our platform may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or functionality.
5. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your conduct disrupts our platform or other users
Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and any pending travel arrangements may be canceled (subject to supplier terms).
6. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the appropriate courts of California.
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest shall remain in full force.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (via email or our platform) at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect.
Continued use of our Services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
